What I'm curious about is "Why now?"
Things only gotten better housing-wise since right after Katrina and especially now with the reopening of the housing projects, so why has tent city suddenly had a surge in growth?
Hmmm... I do not know the answer to that. Truth to be told, I haven't had time to keep up with the finer points of the local news.... ok... or ANY news, thanks to medical school... but I'll look into it. I'm curious, too...
